Biography

Arise4 is a group of four friends who have been singing together for the past nine years at St. Therese of Lisieux in Phillips, WI. All have been active for over 20 years in various musical endeavors; local plays and musicals, choir singing, and performing in a local bluegrass group.
A collection of gospel, contemporary, and five original Christian songs, this recording has done surprisingly well in the area since its recent release. In fact, several people have purchased multiple CDs, with one gentleman from a neighboring town purchasing seven! 'Simple Gifts' has been described as "soothing", "inspiring", as well as "organic and original". Backed only by twin guitars, and filled with beautiful, sometimes haunting harmonies, this ornately constructed CD attains what some might call perfect imperfection, a very authentic, believable, and refreshing vibe.
The magnificent and compelling Christian message has a great need for many voices, original expressions, and creative ideas in its quest to take root in the hearts of people. Arise4, with 'Simple Gifts', wish to help fill that need, and these songs deserve to be heard.
