I was conversing with Tom, a history buff from New Jersey, who was talking about the Revolutionary War. “Yeah, they came down through Park Slope and Prospect Park” he said, and I thought, “Hmmm... Trendy!” And then I thought, “I know people living there now, who feel kind of the same way about the strangers that are invading their home.”
