Biography
Amy Clay is an American singer-songwriter and fiddle player based outside of San Francisco.
She started playing classical violin while growing up in Massachusetts. After moving to the Bay Area, Amy began exploring other genres, including country and bluegrass, playing jams, and performing with local bands. A few years ago, she started writing lyrics and couldn’t stop. Plucking out melodies on the guitar, Amy wrote songs about life, love, and loss.
With the help of multi-instrumentalist and producer Nate Lee, she began the journey of creating her first studio album, Still Time to Dream, released in 2024. Still Time to Dream contains 8 stunning original songs by Amy featuring Ned Luberecki, Dan Boner, Ashleigh Caudill, Brandon Bostic, and Nate Lee.
