"Birth of the Blues"

A new genre in music...C & B. I crooned and belted a selection of standards in a contemporary groove with traces of jazz, rhythm & blues, and country.

Within the lyrics of "The Birth of the Blues", credit is given to where the blues began which is the south land of the US. There was no better place to record my first release of C & B than Nashville, TN, the heart of the south where so much great music has originated. Paying homage to the legendary Frank Sinatra (my favorite), I recreated his masterpiece with contemporary orchestrations.
