Three reels from the Donegal fiddling tradition. The first and last ones Mairéad heard from a wonderful young fiddler, Mícheál Cherry, during Cairdeas na bhFidléirí’s annual summer fiddle school in Glencolmcille a few years ago. The middle tune is played by most Northern musicians and is associated with the late Tommy Peoples.
