Biography

Born and raised in Mexico City as the eldest of three sisters in a bilingual family, Alessandra attended schools in which her knowledge and exercise of the English language improved constantly and this allowed her in time, to become the perfectly bilingual person she is today. From a very early age she was also exposed to music and performing arts –being the daughter of a producer/manager and a part-time actress– and having been gifted with her own and very distinctive talents, it was only natural that she would eventually develop and improve these talents and grow to be the amazing performer we present here today.
She has come a long way since she first set foot on the wooden floor of a stage as a six year old ballerina taking her first ballet lesson. She went on for six more years combining the classic strokes with the more energetic strikes of jazz and other dancing genres. But, as years went by, singing always remained her first and most important interest and she would spend hours weekly in the small room where her singing lessons took place in the academy of performing arts where she devoted much of her time to her acting instruction as well.
As she became a beautiful and vigorous young girl, it was only natural that those wooden floors of her early days and the classrooms of her training phases would in due course give way to the gleaming stages and the dressing rooms in which a professional performer glows and flourishes. Alessandra is a singer and an actress... and a dancer. And a very successful one in all of these activities with years of experience that provide her with a unique self-confidence combined with a rare, almost childish naive attitude that gives her that sort of sensual/innocent image that characterizes her. In the Spanish-speaking world, she has become a favorite performer on stage as well as on the screen. She has sold over three million records and the roles she has played in television’s mini series and soap operas have been enjoyed by audiences in more than one hundred different countries around the world.
We are proud to present Alessandra Rosaldo, a singer, an actress, a human being with a rich life, a talent and an eagerness to overcome the challenges her ever-growing career may bring. She has performed in many countries and she knows many more are yet to come because no matter how many stages or sets she has set foot on, there will always be a new trial and every new test will bring another opportunity and another debut... and a new goal.
