Did you misunderstand what you thought you heard her say?
Did it cause you to turn your back on her and walk away?
Under calmer conditions can you see you might be wrong

There’s a peaceful solution to almost every fight
If it’s peace that you’re seeking and you keep that goal in sight
But for some what they’re after isn’t really what we need
They want only to add to their wealth and to their greed

The Other Side of the table
How they take it all in stride
Whom they harm and disable
They ignore The Other Side

Bridge
Somewhere in the distance
Is more than you can see
You either believe it
Or think it couldn’t be

Is this life really over when you finally close your eyes?
Is there nothing but darkness when you meet your great demise?
Or are loved ones there waiting in a safe a holy sight?
Or must you do it all over until you get it right?
