My old friend Bill Steele (1932-2018 and no relation to Davy Steele), best known as the writer of the environmental anthem "Garbage!", wrote this relatively late in his life. As he told the story, he was driving down the road in his van when the tune came to him, and he thought it was the best tune he'd ever written. I put it on the autoharp (because autoharps love waltzes!) and added the key change. Starts in Bb, ends in C.
