I learned this song while playing bass for a band known as Flap Jaw, a rag-tag bunch of rascals who converged from all compass points on to the town of San Luis Obispo, CA... mid-70's. Wonderful song writers, arrangers and vocalists, they welcomed me in to the crew.

Principal songwriter of the fellows was Stephen W. Peters who along with his long-time pal Duane (Beans) Sousa wrote this tune in the late 60's.
