Born in California, raised in Delaware, she has traveled the world spending her younger years in Newmarket England, a stone’s throw away from musically rich London. She has earned a living as one of the top session singers in Los Angeles, recording with Toni Braxton, Patti Labelle, Gladys Knight and Luther Vandross, to name just a few. Her film, television and commercial work includes several projects for Disney, Pepsi, Infiniti, and Coke. Valerie wrote a song for the feature film Deep Cover starring Larry Fishburn and Jeff Goldblum. She has toured with Whitney Houston, Bette Midler, Adam Ant and Chaka Khan.
