I can just imagine how that woman felt
Lying before strangers; sure her heart was gonna melt
Hoping for the best but expecting the worst
She could not believe it when she heard the Master's words
With eyes full of compassion He just looked at her

And this is what He said...

Let the first one among you that hath no sin

She slipped the back door
They all stopped and stared
Her heart longed for a resting place
But they didn't want her there
She had the scars to prove the mistakes she had made
But she just came to tell them
She'd been saved by God's grace.
They all sat in silence
When the preached stood and he said
