Chimney Sneak
I heard you on the rooftop
Your old feet stepping light
Dancing ‘round the chimney
That Cold December night
Curiosity awakened
By the rooftop dance so fair
And I crawled out of my bed
And headed down the stairs
Yeah, just to see who it was there
You go down and you come up, you go down and you come up,
You go down and you come up and you come up again
Bottom of the staircase
I dared to take a peek
Between the mantel and the tree
I beheld a chimney sneak
Peeking around the corner
Saw a beard so snowy white
You were laying out the presents
Then you slipped out of sight
Yeah, you slipped right out of sight.
