Story behind the song:

"'I Am Strong' is written about a dear friend and huge Kricket supporter that was diagnosed with breast cancer. We wanted to have a song that would lift her up, or anyone else going through something as odious as cancer. At the time I was writing this my 1.5 year old would March through our home shouting “I Strong"! I looked at him and thought to myself, “That's exactly what our friend is and she and every other courageous woman going through this needs - a fight song!” (-Emily)
