Biography
The Kingsmen Quartet's illustrious history spans an incredible eight decades!
Along the way the legendary Gospel quartet has had numerous radio hits and received an impressive array of industry awards. In addition, the quartet has served as a launch pad for quite a few successful music careers.
This 1996 CD was part of our Horizon Tribute Series with the 10-song collection featuring the talents of past and present Kingsmen alumni that includes Squire Parsons, Ernie Phillips, Wayne Maynard, Ed Crawford, Anthony Burger, Gary Dillard, Mark Trammell, Eldridge Fox, Jim Hamill, Ray Reese, Garry Sheppard, Arthur Rice.
Bass singer Ray Reese is still a Kingsmen today. At eighty years young, Ray regularly boards the Kingsmen bus just as he has for over 50 years!
