If I were superman’s wife
I’d have an “S” on my ring
He would teach me to fly
Without a trapeze
I’d be up so high
I wouldn’t want to come down
I’d want to mingle with angels
In angel town

If I were superman’s wife
He would give me the strength
To let go of my fears
Become a comic book saint
I could help save the world
Plan a jubilee
Drape the earth with splendor
Peace and harmony

I’m so ready to fly
Fly fly

If I were superman’s wife
I’d wear an “S” on my dress
I’d have super human powers
I’d be a gossamer goddess
He would tell me go shine
Do what you do best
Do what you can
And then leave the rest
