Tim Bennett’s Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda started off as a message to the US Congress to get something done as nothing of any significance had been accomplished for months if not longer. “But I ran out of gas to that approach”, says Bennett, “so I turned my focus inward and came up with a testament to keeping your nose to the grindstone.”

The band goes to town on this one with Rick White on electric guitar, Hal Ratliff on piano, Ernie Nunez on bass, and Roger Gillespie on drums. “These guys did a couple run throughs and then cranked it up. Roger asked me if I thought a 60”s beat would work for this tune,” says Tim. “Yeah, buddy, I think it does.”
