When Strings of Victory first started, we had no material of our own. So, we got our songs from the Church Hymnal commonly referred to as the Red Back Hymnal.

After some years of doing some old songs and some of our originals, we decided to revisit the songs we started with and developed this album concept of using the songs from the Old Red Back.

Madison wrote this title track. It is a story song told from the perspective of someone who has drifted away from fellowship with God, the church and the people but is restored through the old hymns and Camp Meeting style songs.
