This was the last song I wrote for the album. My daughter had been through a rough period in the spring, a bullying incident at high school and a big falling out with some kids she thought were friends. It made me think about how hard it is to recover when people let you down. Unfortunately, it is likely to happen more than once over the course of your life!

I wanted my daughter know that "Everything Changes" but sometimes that is for the best.
