Many Seldom Scene fans will point to this as their favorite recording of all the group's albums. Featuring great vocals by John Duffey and John Starling, plus the superbly tasteful arrangements and picking they were always know for, this disc has the added strength of uniformly great material. “Wait a Minute” and “Old Train” really stand out, but not very far behind are great versions of “Walk Through This World With Me,” “Pan American,” “Through the Bottom of the Glass,” “C&O Canal,” “Working on a Building,” “Old Crossroads” and Reno & Smiley's “The Tie That Binds.” This is absolutely wonderful music that sounds as good and fresh today as when it originally hit the market in 1974. An added plus is Linda Ronstadt singing harmony on some tracks.
