Bitter Candy

Do you feel the same or is it just me
Lies have become the basis of our reality
Throw anything at us to distract our scenes
Work us to death and **** us senseless

I don’t want to tell you the truth
‘cuz I don’t want you to turn away
I’ve got bitter candy for you
And this is what I want to say

Meditation is the key, yet non of them practice
Send you on the way of the cross; go round the, Mecca like asses
Crucify Jesus and drown Ganesh every year
No wonder their lives are based on guilt and fear

I don’t wanna tell you the truth
‘cuz I don’t want you to turn away
I’ve got bitter candy for you
And this is what I want to say

I love Jesus but the Bibles not the word of God
Everything from the Koran to the Gita is a fraud
God is love, God is life and God exists in you
All you can see and touch has God in it too

Armies and politicians govern the body and mind I’m told
But, it’s worse when a religion governs your soul.
