Every Day's A Present

I had written the chords and the arrangement long before the melody and lyrics showed up. The I literally woke up one morning thinking about the saying - Yesterday's history, tomorrow's a mystery and today is a gift. That's why the call it the present. After that, everything seemed to fall in place and the song was completed. We had fun with the final arrangement - jazz quartet with Andrew Sisters backing vocals.
