Drifting Sand's "No Day's Bad (In My Tiki Pad)" is a fun little tiki tune about sheltering in paradise (SIP) during the COVID-19 pandemic of the early 2020’s. All the band members recorded their parts at home and the song was produced and engineered by Rick Escobar at Ricki Tiki Studio in Burlingame, CA, through Zoom meetings with Spud. The Aquamarines’ Russ Volckmann makes a special guest appearance with his magical lap steel and ukulele along with Spud’s cat Kane. Mahalo for listening and be safe!
