Frieda’s Roses is an LA-Based girl led band made up of Greta Fannin (Guitar) and Ava Miller (Vocals). They work together to create music that is true to themselves and their experiences. Their songs address several different topics, varying from women’s rights to the local parrots. The girls have been playing together for almost 5 years and have created a strong bond through their music.

Capable is a song written through the eyes of a frustrated teenager. The lyrics tell a story of a girl who feels belittled and underestimated by adults. The guitar paired with the lyrics allows the listeners to really feel the angst and understand the story in a way only young people can. This song allows all listeners, regardless of age, to feel heard, as everyone knows what it feels like to be overlooked.
