Ming is always friendly the employees are his kin
He keeps the buffet stocked he runs a real tight wok and they’re open every night till 10
His aunt or his niece or his sister they're gonna great you with a big “herro!”
And their Szechuan style is gonna make you smile and keep you comin back for more

It’s where the in-crowd goes for their fried egg rolls
I’ve been waiting for them all day
Every Saturday night all the kids are half price
So brother don’t you get in our way
It’s a redneck's dream that far east cuisine

Ming cooks those ancient recipes in an oriental way
His crab rangoon is gonna make you swoon and so will his beef lo mein
There’s a hand carved Chinese fishermen in the fountain by the bathroom door
And a big ole red fat Buddha head cause Ming don’t know the Lord

There’s a million things even chicken wings
That he’s serving hot every day

Ming’s homeland is quite different and the paintings on the wall are proof
It seems oversees they got funny trees and their homes got funny roofs
The music on Ming's stereo is like nothin you have ever heard
It's a painful thing when the Chinese sing and you can't understand a word
