Symphony Of Life (3 of 52)
The Symphony of Life

When I came to life this morning, I heard a steady snare of rain outside my window. Somewhere in the distance a big bass drum of thunder rolled around. I felt the steady rhythm of a loving heart which lay beside me dreaming. As she slept in stillness there I gently stroked her cheek and hair, I thought how wonderful to be alive
and to play a part in this symphony of life
The first note I remember, was the tender voice of my mother softly singing. And the laughter of my father is a sound that I will treasure every day. I listen to my children and hear the purest tones of joy so loudly ringing. In the chorus of my memory are notes of friends and family. I couldn’t be more grateful for these times
and the parts they play in the symphony of life
The song surrounds us every day
Its notes are found in every thing
An orchestra of nature plays each night
The rhythm of our melody will play for all eternity
Even when our souls have turned to light
We're all a part of the symphony of life
When I woke up this morning the voice of God was singing in the thunder. And I understood in living, each of us is writing our own song. For the briefest moment we all add our voices to its wonder
From the second of our birth our notes ring through this universe
and spread throughout the earth and deepest sky
we’re all a part of the symphony of life
The song surrounds us every day
Its notes are found in everything
An orchestra of nature plays each night
The rhythm of our melody will play for all eternity
Even when the sun gives no more light
We’re all a part of the symphony of life
Yes, we’re all a part of the symphony of life
