A Hamster Poops

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I'd like to introduce,
Two of my little friends,
Dave and Bruce!

Bruce started out by himself
In a ten gallon tank
That we got when we got him downtown
At Frank's Pet Supply
Next to Cathy's Cafe---

Dave came along by surprise
He was wrapped in a box
As a present I couldn't believe
That I got
So I put him with Bruce,
I said, "Bruce, this is Dave."

The teacher told us show-and-tell
Should tell and show and teach.
Then asked me what I learned
From Dave and Bruce.
I closed one eye and thought real hard
And all that I could say,
"I guess I learned a hamster poops!"

Jane was the first one to giggle
And that's all it took
They were laughing,
It scared Bruce and Dave
And they shook kinda funny
Then ran off the edge of my desk!

No one could find them
Then Jimmy discovered a clue,
Like a black piece of rice
That got stuck to his shoe,
Then we found Bruce and Dave
Where the crayons are kept!
