The Light That Shines
Turn out the light and what floods in? Darkness!

I like studying people. I watch their body language and it tells me a lot about them. Then I look into their eyes and see if the two match up.

You know, people can say one thing but act differently. Many times the body language conflicts with what comes from their eyes or their eyes say something different than what comes out of their mouth. The eyes are the windows to our souls. Out of the abundance of the heart our mouth speaks. Lastly, what we think in our heart . . . that’s what we are.

The question is . . . do our speech, thoughts, and body language reveal light or darkness?

Jesus said that He is the light and if we believe on Him we will walk, talk and act like Him.

The light that shines is in us.
