Biography
Greg Russo, author of books on Frank Zappa, Jethro Tull, The Yardbirds, The Zombies and Manfred Mann, assembled musicians associated with the music of Frank Zappa to realize his musical compositions. Candy Zappa (Frank Zappa's sister), Napoleon Murphy Brock (Zappa's mid-'70s vocalist/ sax player), Nolan Porter and other vocalists are on board, as well as Project/Object members Andre Cholmondeley and Glenn Leonard and Insidious Rays drummer Jon Braun and violinist extraordinaire Joe Deninzon. The music and lyrics are influenced by lots of different artists from the '60s to today, but the sound is fresh and like no other band.
