A blissful sojourn into ambiguity. The inspiration for Shades Of Grey was a near death experience that involved not a peering into an afterlife -- but a forced ego-death and stepping into a void.  An entity fully conscious but with absolutely no memories of his life...  This pure consciousness has no reference for anything and tries to recall the dualities that define our reality: black/white, self/other, wrong/right, past/future.  The consciousness just floats in the grey and invites you to step in.
