I got this idea while bush-hoggin forty acres just outside of Dixon, Tennessee. By the time I stepped off the tractor I pretty much had it done. I have done my share of riding fence with hammer and staples and wire and pliers in my saddlebags. I know what it's like to spend all day in the saddle in the great outdoors. And I have always felt blessed to have lived that life for a time.  I guess I've always had this song bouncing around inside me so it came out pretty fast and natural. I do not intend to demean the importance of fellowship, or congregations, or denominations in the chorus, but instead to emphasize the closeness to God that we can all feel all on our own. God's creation is amazing to behold.<br />
