We originally wrote this song for Reba to pitch for her Duets record. Initially we had heard that she was gonna cut with Keith Urban, so we made the demo with a big guitar solo, ala Keith. I got an email from Reba saying that she was gonna cut the song with Carole King. Lor said that I screamed like a 'girlscout on fire.' Not only was Carole King Lorrie's idol, she never cuts other people's songs, ever. Thanks Reba and Carole.
