Irish Lass

Nice addition to St Patrick’s Day shows.

This is a tribute to a longtime Irish friend who stayed with me through the last four years of her life while she lived with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). She was proud of her heritage and traveled to Ireland multiple times before becoming incapacitated by her illness. She taught me much about living with dignity and grace during those final years of her life.

Intro and outro feature extended pennywhistle performances.
