This is a song inspired by hurricane Katrina and its aftermath. The songwriter from New Orleans who watched her city drown on the television with the rest of the country, wrote this song as a prayer and a hope that the city will be rebuilt with the diversity that has always made New Orleans what it is rather than be gentrified.
