Biography

The New Track by LEE HEDLEY is his first major release under the Belfast Based URBAN ANGEL MUSIC Record Label - Lee is a well known Blues/soul/rock singer from N.Ireland and has been playing at all the major Blues festivals in Ireland for a number of years now as well as regular spots across the province.

The track EVERYWHERE I GO was written and produced by Mark
McAllister and Ed Hunsdale from the label. The track features not
only outstanding vocals from LEE but also many other world class
performers etc....

Most of the instrumentation and ground work was performed
and recorded at the URBAN ANGEL STUDIO'S in Belfast by Mark
and Ed with Additional guitars by Northern Ireland's own Top guitarist Simon McBride. The track then made it's way Stateside
to a studio in Long Island, New York and to a producer DON CASALE who has worked with such legendary names as
MEATLOAF, ARETHA FRANKLIN, THE DRIFTERS etc.....

In to the Mix came NEW YORK session vocalist TANYA SMITH who has sang Backing vocals on a multitude if records mostly for Blues and Jazz luminaries. Don recorded additional vocal parts by Tanya requested by Mark and the track and parts were all sent back to the studio in Belfast where Ed worked his magic and weaved them into the mix.

Lastly the guys wanted brass - and went back to the USA to get the perfect sound from 3 session players
from Philadelphia - again recorded in a studio there and brought back - the guys then embellished this with some extra parts of them own and then it was on to the final mix and mastering.

Producers Mark and Ed firmly believe that this could be there biggest HIT to date already having had success in the Irish charts with 3 Top 40 tracks. Mark said " When we wrote this track we knew it was good, but when LEE HEDLEY
brought his vocals to the table it came alive in a way neither of us expected."

The track finished - it has now been undertaken by UK plugger and promotions - Steve Osborne Management who when on first hearing quoted 'this is a phenomal track' - Steve has had it tested out at Radio 2 and it has already been promised playlist/air time both there and at all BBC Regional stations with
anybody hearing the track loving it from the off.


The official release for the single both in the UK and Ireland is Bank Holiday weekend in August and it will soon be available for pre-order at the URBAN ANGEL MUSIC website.
