Where Would I Be
Where Would I Be
I was just a drifter going my own way, no thought of tomorrow just living for today, no compass for my journey no anchor for my soul, drifting out into the deep while the angry billows roll. I’d almost hit the bottom swiftly going down, nothing left to cling to certain I would drown, when I cried out for mercy His hand reached down for me, if it wasn’t for the grace of God where would I be.
Where would I be, where would I be, a captainless ship lost at sea. If not for the life line His love has offered me, tell me where would I be
I’ve got a new direction, I know just where I’m bound, I met the Savior on my knees and turned my life around. As vessels holding steady on the course He set for me, without His hand to lead the way, where would I be.
Where would I be, where would I be, a captainless ship lost at sea. If not for the life line His love has offered me, tell me where would I be.
