This snapshot of me on the cover tells the whole story. Darrell brought this song in and urged me to consider it and to sit with it and try and discover all the levels of meaning that I could bring to the vocal interpretation. Well, I completely fell in love with this imagery and these ideas and the perfection of this song for the title of this album. And Alison’s angelic voice alongside mine has now transcended my dream state to become one of the biggest gifts I’ve ever been given.
