Biography
My love for music began at the young age of seven when my dad started teaching me how to sing and sing harmony. My father at 17 was singing and playing sax in a big band in Connecticut. My mother was a good singer but never sang professionally.
I had a hard time deciding what instrument to play, at seven the accordion was thrust upon me which was way too cumbersome carrying it to the bus-stop to go downtown to music lessons. Then I tried the sax and got discouraged by it’s complexity at age seven. It wasn’t until age 12 that I fell in love with the upright bass or bass fiddle as it was called. I finally found my instrument which transformed into electric bass. Latter at 20 I picked up the guitar because I wanted to begin composing my own music. In the meantime I had been in and out of several bands. Recently being a band called “Tomfoolery” which name my wife came up with. We were a classic rock band that also did a few new songs such as “Bring Me To Life” and some other Evanescence songs. This was possible due to the fact that my seventeen year old daughter Rebekah sounded just like Amy Lee. The band is now in the process of reforming and in the interim I decided to promote a few of my own songs. I hope you do enjoy them
