Grand Junction Two-Step
12. Grand Junction Two-Step 3:13 (Key of D)
After a couple of polkas, dancers like a mellow two-step.
Although Grand Junction originally referred to a river confluence
in Colorado, to me it implies the benefits of synergy. In fact,
grand junctions drive vernacular music forward. The results aren’t
always pretty or predictable as our evolving world brings about
changes in our music, but our musical voices continue to tell the
world who we are.
