Smell The Rain

A story about a guy who comes to the realization that his old man did the best that he could in raising him and some acknowledgement, acceptance and forgiveness is in order after the old man dies.

In the revelation of this experience, the singer discovers that long after a stormy childhood, "the wind of memories and the smell of rain in the clouds of life" remains with him. And he can choose just how much those experiences will haunt him or provide the catalyst of growth.
