A multi-instrumentalist, having performed nationwide for over 4 decades, in just about every venue “this side [and that side] of The Mississippi”, Jimmy Sweetwater has truly done it all.
Having lent his musical talent to over a hundred albums during his career, Jimmy’s left a profound mark on both the established and emerging Americana & Blues music produced throughout the interval of this century.
He’s played alongside some of the greats (highly-venerated & underground artists), toured with multiple bands over the years, and has fronted several personal projects—in both live performance and recorded session.
Well known for his vast skill sets in the art of all things harmonica, a true standout performer, Sweetwater has once again hit the studio, but this time... in aim to indelibly showcase his songwriting & arrangement prowess.
This upcoming album has been brewing for quite awhile, and acts as a sort of reintroduction to a whole new Jimmy Sweetwater.
An album that reveals his continued growth as a musician and... as a person. One who’s been constantly observing the world through a unique & ever-melodic lens.
Give these songs a full listen, and hear for yourself how this life dedicated to music & artistic camaraderie... has, once again, thrown itself into service.
Offering... what only he knows and does best!
“Let the good times roll!”
