Bluegrass dynamic duo Jim and Lynna Woolsey release  “Bittersweet” from their  album “Walk Into The Water.”  The song showcases Jim’s soulful and award winning vocal while Lynna along with Dave Foster add their seasoned harmonies.  Together they resonate the traditional lonesome bluegrass sound.  Once again, Jim and Lynna have brought a traditional sound with a heartfelt  delivery.<br />

The song penned by Jim  is a story about thinking the grass is always greener on the other side.  Jim recalls, “I have seen many people make a life changing decision only to find that it was the wrong choice.  I wrote this song to highlight the fact that sometimes reaching for the golden ring isn’t always the right choice.  Sometimes it’s better to be satisfied with what we have.  The lyrics describe a soul searching for something different than what he has been given and leads to an even more dissatisfied life.  Ultimately we live with the choices we make and that in itself can be bittersweet.”<br />

“We love writing with our faith in mind.  We always try to write with a positive spin on our songs and this is just one example of that.  We were so happy to have our bandmates adding their talents to this CD.  I am still amazed at how they interpreted every song on this project!” <br />
