County Jail

Well I woke up this morning in the county jail
my head hurts and I feel like I just hit hell
and I can’t help but wonder just what they’re holding me for

I have no money to make my bail
I wanna go home,but only time will tell

how could a simple night of fun end me up where

and I’ve heard all about the birds that could not fly
and as I sit here and stare at these four grey walls
I’ve come to realize that my backs against the wall
