I Got Something Money Can't Buy
The song "I Got Something Money Can Buy," was written by both the late Rav.Anderson Sparks and Leroy Crisp memeber and manager of the Original Southern Harmoinzers and became one of the Best-Selling songs on their last recorded album,titled,Sixty-Three Years of Service For The Lord and Album included four original,never before heard sounds by the original founding memebers of the Southern Harmonizers.
The Southern Harmonizers were organized and founded in 1942 by Brother Leonard Bell and Richard Orange. The Original Group consisted of Brother Leonard Bell, Register Harris, Henry Summers, Harry Lee Barnes and Richard Orange. Brother R. Orange served as manager for the Group from 1942 to 1945. In 1945 Brother Rollie Davis joined the Group, and later became manager, serving in that capacity until his death in 1972. Under the leadership of Brother Davis the following members united the Group: Leslie Johnson, Alex Yates, Wilbert Jackson, Rev. Jimmy Harris, Leroy Crisp, Robert Wooten, Lee Mosby, Jesse Lawerance, John Thurman,Wiley Whitfield, Booker Jackson, Robert McAllister and Brother Leroy then served as manager until his death in 2009.
