My history with this tune goes way back. I recorded it 30 years ago with The New Quicksilver. I heard it done live before that by Boone Creek as well as being recorded first by the Shenandoah Cut Ups. Wes Golding was a member of both of those great bands. After hearing Boone Creek's live version I learned it and played it in a band with my Dad around the age of 16. We put our own Grasstowne arrangement to it and hope everyone likes it.<br />
