Walk With Me
Walk with me is a song of old. It was sang by my Grandmother years ago at a small church that sat back in the woods very near a train track in a samall town of Whigham, Georgia. The Church was The Church of Christ Written in Heaven, Pastor; Elder Andrews.

This was a favorite song of my Grandmothers and she sang it quite regular and the voices would harmonically join in and the sound of the train would sometimes form the beat but this was the way of old with a snare and bass drum being the main and only instruments they would have a great time there each sunday.

This song has been a part of my life for many years and I can still hear the voice of my grandmother saying. " No matter where you are or where you may be in life remember to ask the Lord to walk with you. Well, Born in the year 1910 my Grandmother went home to live with Jesus a few days before her 96th birthday in 2006 and she never got the chance to hear my rendition of the song after my rearrangements I dedicated this to her. I know she's still singing it now with the members gone before her and having a great time with the Lord. Notice the Cross around her neck and, the peace symbol. Symbolizing she has bore her Crosses and she is at peace with her life work.

Grandma, This is for you keep singing and I'll be home soon
Mother Addie Mae Caldwell 1910-2006 I love you!

Although this seems to be one of those stories you've probably heard many time before. You can rest assured this one is for real.Born in the small town of Cairo Georgia this was my life. Each Sunday morning, the radio was tuned to WGRA 790 Am and all the old groups would blair out all over the house and we would get ready for church. The ride was spiritual but the services was holy ghost annointed and back then everybody truely cared about one another. This is my quest in life to go back to the Old Land Mark.
