Falling Bones Dance
Like a Skelton frame not chained to a chain
No rope tied through your brain
Your arms are limp
As you take a step
Like the wind blows in the wind and rain
Your toes make a smack
Your heels tap them back
Like all of you is floating to the floor
Your falling bones dance is known to be chance
I'm lucky to be standing in the door
To see your eyes roll back into the middle of your head
To see your hair fall down into a million tangled threads
And then you sway, sway
To everything you want to feel
Like a wayward tale about a salty rust nail
About a man who was lost in the fog
And the flame that went out in a poor girls smoky mouth
How everyone got blamed for her fall
Now you find your suite the band will swell it's beat
There's no spinning or any kind of stunt
I can feel the heat from your red skin cheeks
As I've made my way to the front
Now we're all pulled in through your liquid skin
In a motion that lights the top
The falling bones dances is trance is chance
To remember I know, I forgot
