3 My Bride and I

We first heard this song at a
party in Winnipeg,
Manitoba in Canada, hosted
by our good friend and
fellow musician Leonard
Podolak. Leonard plays
with the marvellous
Canadian-based band “The
Duhks”. As so often
happens at these parties,
instruments were taken out,
tunes were played, songs
were sung. This song was
sung on the night by its
author, Dan Frechette. I
instantly fell in love with it.
