This Is My Life

This is my life, please don't take it from me.
This is my life, the one that God gave to me.
This is my life, so precious in His sight.

Love one another,
that's what Jesus has said.
It's in the Bible,
something you should have read.
Then you would not be
plotting to end my life.

It's God's will that I live.
It's not your decision.
If He wants to take me,
that's when I should die.

This is my life, let me say again.
Yes, it is MY life,
and for this God has a plan.
If He wants me to suffer,
He will grant me the grace.

Forever God's child,
although I'm feeble and old.
He's always loved me,
let the truth now be told.
Yes, I'm helpless but
not worthless to Jesus!

I'll help Him with my suffering;
I'll join my pain with His
to save souls from
eternal damnation.

I'm in a coma now;
I can't make a sound.
My heart is speaking
since my tongue is now bound.
Oh, sweet Jesus!
Blessed Mother!
Please help me!

Stay with me through it all.
Keep me safe from all harm.
Don't forsake me now,
I need you both so desperately.

My voice is silent....
Yet You can hear me...
Heavenly Father,
God the Almighty,
my life is all Yours.
Please take me home.
