Elvis Presley is well-known as a performer who rose to the top of the charts swiveling his hips in flashy jump suits and singing classics like " Burning Love," Jailhouse Rock," and "Don't Be Cruel." Danny Vanns Elvis Gospel - The Other Side of Elvis offers the public a FRESH look at the King of Rock-n-Roll. Its a journey through the life of Elvis from a spiritual perspective. The gospel roots from those early years never faded out for Elvis. He longed to sing (and hear) that good ol Southern Gospel. Elvis wanted to perform more gospel music on stage but his management (and the fans) wouldnt let him. There was something special about the way he made all of his songs come alive and the general public just loved his music! But, there was also something incredible about the way he embraced his gospel music! In fact, the ONLY Grammy awards he ever won were all for his gospel music.
