Biography

Hailing from Hamtramck, Michigan, Danny D grew up in the center of Detroit Rock City. Playing his own music since a young age, Danny has matured with the inspiration of his Rock-n-Roll roots and the insight that comes from age and experience.
Danny D's music has been a vital outlet for his personal expression since age seven, when he was diagnosed with Tourette's syndrome. Danny D's singing and performing became more important when he noticed how his symptoms seemed to disappear. He became determined to be successful and to become the best musician he could be by taking piano and vocal lessons, music theory, and writing and recording his own songs
Danny explains his reason for getting into music professionally, my goal is to inspire people, to be a motivator and encourage people to go for their dreams, regardless of any obstacle.
Danny D has opened for some very big name artists such as: Mitch Ryder, David Lee Roth, Bad Company, The Tubes, Air Supply, Uncle Kracker, and for The Romantics
Danny D is truly one of the last Detroit classic rockers to come on the scene since Kid Rock. Looking to make his own music and keeping the classic Detroit sound, Danny D has teamed up with Robyn Robins, Drew Abbott, and Shaun Murphy to create an album that is destined to top the charts.
Robyn Robins, original member of the Bob Seger Silver Bullet Band and the owner of a successful production studio serving the music and film industries in the US and throughout Europe has mastered & produced over 40 Gold & Platinum albums worldwide.
Vocalist Shaun Murphy is at home within a variety of musical genres. She can "tear it up" on a hard-edged blues number, or apply a subtle softness when needed. She has performed alongside such greats as Eric Clapton, Bob Seger, Bruce Hornsby, Glenn Frey and Joe Walsh, and The Moody Blues.
Drew Abbott, the original guitarist for the Silver Bullet Band, continues to show his passion for music today by playing in the band Leo Creek.
